We recently had our roof replaced by Valiant Roofing, and I highly recommend their company. They made the entire process simple and straightforward. Kevin walked us through our options with a fact-based, no-pressure approach. His quote was very competitive without sacrificing quality. Kendra and Abby kept us informed throughout, and the financing process was seamless. The crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and ensured that our property was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. They completed the project in just over two days, which was impressive. I also appreciated that Valiant sent out an independent inspector—separate from the installation crew—to assess the work. Overall, Valiant did a terrific job, were incredibly easy to work with, and we’re very happy with the results. ~ Chuck

Jack and his team were wonderful to work with from getting a free no strings attached inspection to ultimately scheduling in the work and seeing the finished product. The roof on a home I just purchased needed a lot of work done to bring it up to code and general repairs due to negligence from the previous company that installed the roof. Jack was very clear on explaining which issues needed to be repaired asap and very importantly which issues could be ignored for now as they would have a low probability for causing serious issues. This to me is the mark of an honest contractor which to be frank are few and far between these days. Bottom line is if you need some roof help or someone to give an honest opinion/quote for a job, do yourself a favor and give them a call. ~ Andrew C

Valiant is an exceptional roofing company. I had them replace a deck that was on top of my garage in 2023, and they ended up replacing the entire front siding of my house as part of the extensive repairs necessary to stop the leaking. They installed an awesome vinyl deck top and new railing that looks sharp. Later, when there was a new leak in my garage, they came out same day and repaired it free of charge - even though the leak had nothing to do with the deck they installed. It’s rare to find a company that does exceptional work, and even more rare to find one that stands by their craftsmanship without question. Jack and Kendra and the entire Valiant team are those people. They are the best contractor i know and I’ll never look to another roofing company so long as they remain in business. ~ Chris B

We cannot recommend Valiant Roofing enough. We had water coming into our attic from a roof leak and every other company was weeks out to even have it checked. We called Valiant and explained the situation and they sent Aaron out for an inspection the next day. He identified several areas that needed repairs and got us scheduled for the fixes within days. The crew came out and worked hard to make sure everything was fixed. They did a great job and we were really impressed with their dedication and care. They took a lot of time to clean up and make sure there were no nails left behind that could injure our dog. Truly cannot say enough good things about them. Valiant will be our go to for any future roofing needs. ~ Liz D

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had just come off of a difficult experience with another company and everyone at Valiant went above and beyond with every single detail. As the job progressed small and large surprises came up and they were responsive and supportive through all of it. They took time to explain everything they were doing and why and offered different solutions along the way so we understood our options. We ended up doing a little more than we originally anticipated and I am glad we did because the quality of the results are fantastic. Not only is the quality of the work amazing but everyone we came in contact with from the owner to the person cleaning up at the end of the job were friendly and engaging. Check this out , I went through 23 contractors . . . Most of these guys came in with a load of S..t and a box of materials. They all gave me some grand pitch with a time limit And crazy prices that where no where close to each other. I learned they don’t need to come to your house To measure it or figure out the pitch you can do that all on Google. You don’t need to see all the product they give you 3 prices .These guys ! VALIANT ROOFING ! Did an amazing job .SERIOUSLY , Speak with Aaron he doesn’t bullS..t or up sale or give you a time limit . He is straight up . Here is your quote , your numbers And what we can do . When all was said and done even the owner came out to shake my hand and check on me .Very professional, beautiful craftsmanship and easy to work with. The team at Valiant Roofing are amazing. Very personable, easy to talk to, and they keep the client apprised of what to expect. They are also VERY respectful of your time, property, and convenience/inconvenience during the installation. I'm sure that when they finished my yard and porch area is cleaner than when they arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any of my friends and will do so to anyone looking for a new roof. The added bonus was the value. We received a high quality roof and a very reasonable price. An additional perk is the fact that Jack personally came out to inspect the finished product and if he wasn't satisfied with every aspect, he would have it corrected. Joel Allison, a representative from Valiant Roofing came out to give a quote on a new roofing for our home today. I have to say he was a very intelligent sales person. He gave a very informative brief presentation on the materials they would use on the job in a way I felt I understood it all.. Joel was like having a brother or son helping us pick what roof to go with based on our budget and home. He was extremely respectful and not pushy. He noticed things going on that needed attention and write that into the contract. He tried to make us aware of how to save money where we could. I can honestly say he is the BEST salesman that has ever come to our house. Valiant Roofing has not started the job yet but we put money down to go with them. Shingles are shingles and anyone can get them but it’s how the project is performed and Valiant, crushed my project. I handle multi-million dollar jobs for work all the time so when it came to bidding and all the things, it was well within my wheelhouse. Valiant over achieved all my expectations from job walk to clean-up and the communication of all facets of the project was spot on. Judy was the job site rep and not only did she keep the crew on point but she ensured by pup was safe and sound while I was away. I know I am gonna miss a name or two but Kyle was punctual and very informative through the entire process as well. Great company and highly recommend them. My post is based on the technicians that performed the work, not necessarily the company as a whole. Our technicians, Dennis and Andrew, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated their hard work and I'm pretty sure it made for a longer day for them than expected. They also found a couple other small problems that they found and repaired. Thanks guys, great work! I consider myself a reasonable person, so when a company gives me a date and time, I expect them to be there. If they're crew is delayed, or even if rescheduling is needed, just a quick phone call or text message is all I expect. When there's a no show and no message that's not professional. Maybe just an anomaly, but not the best way to start. ~ Jeff M

The whole process was great from start to finish! Was referred to them by a friend and local contractor. Was able to get a bid quickly, and without feeling pressured - which was our very uncomfortable experience with another local roofing company. Bid was extremely fair and timeline to schedule was reasonable, especially with the holidays and weather. From committing the initial payment to schedule the job, to the project wrapping up and even follow ups, they were very professional, kind and communicative. I got updates daily throughout the project, which was fantastic since I was out of town. I think the extra mile was when I received photos of the progress along the way because I had expressed that I was bummed not to be able to see the work happening myself. I had my siding done by Valiant. I did not have the whole house done and Aaron did a great job of reviewing my options to make sure the new siding matched well (both trim and siding) to the original siding that was not getting replaced. I also appreciated his honesty and that he did not try to sell me something I did not need. The bid was very competitive and the crew delivered quality results on schedule. I also thought it was great that Jack, the owner of the business, stopped by to inspect the work. Communication with Aaron during the bidding and while the job was getting done was great - thorough, honest, and sufficient. I have recommended Valiant to both family and friends. ~ Kent S

Normally, I don't write a review until the job is completed, but I thought I would give some feedback of our experience to date. Valiant Roofing sent Joel A. to give an estimate on replacing our roof and addressing other issues we have had to endure for a number of years. Not only was Joel very knowledgeable and thorough, he was genuinely friendly -- even our cats seemed to like him. This is an update since our new roof is now in place. We've had several neighbors tell us that our new roof looks really good. (I think so too.) I am very pleased with their work and with Valiant Roofing's customer service. We built this house 25 years ago and we had been to Africa 14 times. My wife wanted this house to be inspired by African culture and all of our adventures. We ended up paying for a copper metal roof, but within four to five years it started to leak and the paint started to peel off. We put up with all the problems for years, until we decided to get a new roof. We shopped around for a couple places, but ended up going with Valiant Roofing! We looked at different choices they had for roofing options and we chose a presidential roof and with some beautiful colors mixed in. We couldn't be happier! The crew that did our roof was an absolute delight to have working on our home. They did a fantastic job! Now the roof is completed and we couldn’t be more happy with the results! Valiant Roofing was quick and the overall quality of our roof is fantastic. They explained the different options available to us without pressuring us to select higher end options. We did ultimately buy a nicer roofing package and we feel very good about the quality of the materials and craftsmanship of the job. The guys on the roof seemed to really love what they do, which was refreshing. Gutters were installed a few weeks later and we have had a few rains since. Everything is holding up nicely and our neighbors have complimented us on the craftsmanship of the job. Highly recommend this company! Done pics were provided by Valiant after the roof was completed, which we thought was super cool. I'm restoring a 100 y/o home and have worked with a lot of contractors and this organization is THE BEST! From Joel, (estimator), Karen, (co-owner), Alejandro, Junior, and Louis, (roofers) to the owner/boss Dan, everybody was not only hard working and professional but exceptionally NICE to work with. Had one small issue to be resolved and Dan showed up at 8:30 on a Friday night to make sure I was happy with everything. I still have gutters and siding to do and I will be calling these guys and gals to help me out again. The only reason I didn't write this sooner is I wanted to make sure the skylights didn't leak. They are water tight and wonderful! ~ James H

Had Valiant Roofing replace the rain gutters and downspouts on my house. Bare (unpainted) wood was discovered behind the existing gutters when removed. Contacted Kevin Stewart (Estimator) and Kendra Locke (Production Manager) about our unprepared situation. Valiant Roof facilitated the purchase and delivery of matching house paint to this job-site within the hour. The crew painted the bare wood, installed the gutters and downspouts to our satisfaction by late afternoon! Oscar (Crew Manager) gave us a walkthrough of the work completed. The area around the house was cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Lastly, I followed up with John Jensen (Inside Sales) who I’ve been in contact regarding the scheduling of this job. Very satisfied with the quality, value and look of the gutters & installation. I would recommend Valiant Roofing to friends and family 😊 ~ Thomas M

We are so glad to find Valiant Roofing to help us on fixing the roof, cleaning the gutter, and removing Moss. We had some wetness spots on the garage ceiling and called the Valiant after hour to come to do the estimates. Next morning, I saw Jack's email, and then Loy Finley emailed to ask what would be the good time to come over. Job scheduled quickly. Loy came and got on the roof to do the thorough inspections and explained what needs to be done and gave us the reasonable price at spot. We recently hired Valiant Roofing for a repair to our 12/12 pitch roof and skylight removal from our garage roof. I was very frustrated by other roofers that either would not return my call or would not show up (at all) at the appointed time for an estimate. Jack returned my initial call promptly and continued to communicate via phone and email throughout the process. The price quoted beat the (few) other quotes I managed to get, the job was scheduled quickly even though it was the busy mid-summer season. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They picked up all debris, and provided great customer service, even completing our last minute request to add some extra soffit vents. I will not hesitate to call Valiant Roofing in the future and highly recommend Jack and his crew based on their great customer service, communication, and quality work. ~ Cindy S

This company is by far the best experience I have had! They regularly kept me updated. From the moment I called for an estimate they treated me as a person/family. Blake came out and did the estimate and was very thorough on options and explained everything in great detail. Kendra and her crew did an amazing job from day one, because of their dedication to detail and hard work my neighbors are jealous of my new roof. I was finishing up a cabin remodel for a client and my previous installer, Cascade Continuous Gutters LLC, forgot to install one downspout and never came back. I believe they went belly up. I did a google search for gutter installers near Mt.Hood and landed on Valiant Roofing. They responded quickly and scheduled me immediately. The color was custom so we could not match exactly with the in house colors. I needed it done before Thanksgiving so we went with a close match and they are going to find the matching color and replace it in the spring. Much appreciated and will use them again for sure. ~ Steen B

Everyone of Valiant Roofing’s employees that I interacted was an incredible help. Their employee Aaron explained to me clearly the issues they found, how much of a concern that it can potentially be or not be, and the options that I can take if I wanted. They had financing options and made the effort to help make things convenient. I never felt like my decision to go with them was a mistake as I was comfortable and informed throughout the process.
